Delete a recording

Open the recording in LoveBug and choose Delete. Confirm once, and the audio, transcript, and everything derived from it are removed immediately.

End your pairing

Unlinking from your partner in the app ends the pairing right away and signs both of you out everywhere. It doesn't delete recordings you've already made — delete those individually first if you want them gone too.

Delete your whole account

Open LoveBug and go to Settings → Delete account. It's immediate: we erase your recordings, voiceprint, reports on your partner's highlights, and consent history, sign you out everywhere, end your pairing, and revoke your Sign in with Apple grant if you used it. You can also email hello@bydutchworks.com from your account's address and ask us to do it for you.

Cancel your subscription

LoveBug subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID, not through us. To cancel or change your plan: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → LoveBug → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Consent basics

LoveBug only records when both partners have granted consent in the app. Either of you can withdraw consent at any time, which stops recording immediately for both.
